Mosaic - Lap Quilt - featuring Voyage by Kate Spain 2017.
I have always been fascinated by mosaic work and I was determined to try and make an easy version of a mosaic design. This quilt pattern looks complicated but it is actually quite easy and there are very few seams that have to line up. If you like mosaics and ever have the chance to travel to Barcelona, you must visit Park Güell which was built by Antoni Gaudi at the beginning of the 20th century. The Park is filled with the most amazing mosaic work. Definitely one of my favorite places on the planet.
