Shipping Regions & Restrictions

We proudly ship within Canada and to most international destinations, excluding the United States.

If you're based in Canada or outside of the U.S., you can shop directly on coachhousedesigns.ca. All shipping rates at checkout are calculated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) using Canada Post’s current shipping rates and are based on the weight of the items in your order.

Why U.S. Orders Are Handled Separately

We love our U.S. customers! However, to streamline fulfillment and ensure a better shopping experience for you, all United States orders must be placed on our U.S.-specific website:

• That site is set up in U.S. dollars, making pricing transparent for American customers.

• All orders are shipped from within the United States using USPS shipping rates based on weight.

If you are a customer located in the United States and place an order on coachhousedesigns.ca, unfortunately, it will not be fulfilled, and you will be directed to the correct site for processing.

Shipping Methods & Carriers (Non-U.S. Orders)

All Canadian and international orders placed on coachhousedesigns.ca are shipped using Canada Post. Shipping options, delivery timelines, and prices will vary depending on:

• The weight of your order

• Your delivery address

• The shipping method selected at checkout

Tracking numbers are provided for most packages, depending on the selected service and destination.

Processing Time

We do our best to ship orders promptly, but please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, especially during seasonal promotions or holiday periods. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on May 12th, for example, will not ship until after May 25th due to our Spring Holiday Closure.

PDF digital downloads remain accessible and will be delivered instantly via email—even during staff holidays.

Customs, Duties & International Taxes

International customers (outside Canada) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking number if one was provided. Delays can occur due to postal disruptions, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

If your item is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service first. If no resolution is found, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Many of our quilting patterns are available as downloadable PDFs. These digital files are delivered immediately to your inbox after checkout—no waiting, no shipping cost, and no border restrictions. If you ever need help accessing your files, we’re just an email away.
