Looking for something a little more modern?  Patchwork Boulevard features Melrose by Studio M for Moda Fabrics and uses a layer cake.  Melrose’s clean lines and bold prints gives the group a modern and retro look at the same time.  With no diagonal piecing, this pattern is suitable for a confident beginner.  It would also look great in any Layer Cake!  Melrose will be available in September and the pattern is available now!  

This pattern is FabSwitch compatible.
