This 51" x 58" baby/child quilt uses the yellow panel from Deb Strain's fabric line "Effie's Woods" for Moda.   The quilt is all pieced and pictures hot air balloons floating above "Effie's Woods".  Pattern is available now and fabric will be in stores early 2022.
